How to Hire Conditions of Hire Rules of the Facility Vacating the Facility

 
BEFORE VACATING THE FACILITY AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.......

DORMITORIES:

  • Ensure each bed has two (winter) /one (summer) blanket/s neatly folded at the foot of the bed.
  • Put all rubbish in bins provided and remove bags from Cabins.
  • Place all hired linen outside the exit door to your room.

MAIN HALL:    

  • Stack chairs in groups of eight, ensure that the hall floor is swept.

DINING ROOM:    

  • Return all dining tables/chairs to the dining room.
  • Fold and stack tables, stack chairs in groups of 8 against back wall and ensure that the floor is swept.

SELF-CATERING:  

  • Clean all equipment used, ensure kitchen is left clean and tidy and equipment is as it was found.
  • Any breakages will be charged for.

CABIN INSPECTION:    

  •  A cabin inspection will be carried out by a Birrigai staff member before you vacate the facility, please ensure a representative from your group is available to do this with them.

CLEANING:

  • The cleaning bond will be refunded when your are invoiced for your visit.
  • If the facility is left in an unsatisfactory condition the cost for cleaning will be deducted from your bond.

TELEPHONES:

  • Mobile telephones generally will not work within the facility.
  • For your convenience telephones are available in the cabin/s. (for local calls and emergency calls only)
