BEFORE VACATING THE FACILITY AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.......
DORMITORIES:
- Ensure each bed has two (winter) /one (summer) blanket/s neatly folded at the foot of the bed.
- Put all rubbish in bins provided and remove bags from Cabins.
- Place all hired linen outside the exit door to your room.
MAIN HALL:
- Stack chairs in groups of eight, ensure that the hall floor is swept.
DINING ROOM:
- Return all dining tables/chairs to the dining room.
- Fold and stack tables, stack chairs in groups of 8 against back wall and ensure that the floor is swept.
SELF-CATERING:
- Clean all equipment used, ensure kitchen is left clean and tidy and equipment is as it was found.
- Any breakages will be charged for.
CABIN INSPECTION:
- A cabin inspection will be carried out by a Birrigai staff member before you vacate the facility, please ensure a representative from your group is available to do this with them.
CLEANING:
- The cleaning bond will be refunded when your are invoiced for your visit.
- If the facility is left in an unsatisfactory condition the cost for cleaning will be deducted from your bond.
TELEPHONES:
- Mobile telephones generally will not work within the facility.
- For your convenience telephones are available in the cabin/s. (for local calls and emergency calls only)
