Current Weather Situation and Future Developments
The intense low pressure system that was to our east this morning has quickly
moved toward the NE. This low has been responsible for the fresh and gusty
southerly winds and the showers over the region today.  The showers are 
contracting to the coast and the winds have abated this afternoon as the low
moved away. Fine conditions will return on Monday as a ridge of high pressure
moves over the region from the west. Unsettled conditions with showers will
develop later in the week as another trough develops and approaches from the
west.

Forecast for Sunday evening
Remaining cloudy with showers clearing overnight. Moderate south to
southwesterly winds easing this evening.

Precis:      Showers clearing.

Winds on Lake:  South to southwesterly at  30 to 40 km/h easing to 15 to 25 km/h
this evening.

Fine and partly cloudy with light to moderate south to southwest winds tending
westerly during the afternoon.
