Languages Other Than English (LOTE)

Students at Lanyon High School have the opportunity to study Japanese and German. 

LOTE is compulsory in Year 8.  All students will study one semester each of Japanese and German. 

Japanese and German are offered as part of the elective programme in Years 9 and 10.  This provides students the opportunity to extend their language skills.
