College Enrolments close 19 June - enrol online
Enrolment policy in all ACT government colleges is determined by the ACT Department of Education and Community Services (DECS)

Priority Enrolment Area for Narrabundah College includes the following suburbs - Barton,Deakin, Forrest, Fyshwick, Griffith, Harman, Kingston, Narrabundah Oaks Estate, Parkes Red Hill, Symonston and Yarralumla, providing applications are received before the closing date. Note: Students whose enrolment applications are received after this date lose their priority enrolment rights.
Consideration is given to students with specific curriculum needs. Students wishing to study in the International Baccalaureate program must have had an interview with the IB Coordinator prior to the closing date for applications.

On line applications close at midnight. Any applications after this time will be included in the second round. Auto PEA college allocation to cease. |

Email student application details to receiving colleges. Email DET document ‘Notice to students and parents’ which provides details of review and appeal process to colleges. |

Offers of placement despatched by colleges – must include DET document ‘Notice to students and parents’ which provides details of review and appeal process. |

Students advise colleges of acceptance of placement. Sweep of college numbers for year 11 2010. Determine existing vacancies. |

Deadline for review of placement. |

Review of placements meeting. |

Notification of review of placements to students, receiving college and leaving college. |

Appeals close Send list of appealing students to each college Colleges to send list of students who have not accepted a placement. Determine existing vacancies |

| 2009 / 2010 | DET continues to process all late applications and college transfers until Census in February 2010 then it reverts back to colleges. |
